Sweet Coconut Barfi - Nariyal Barfi Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal - Vegetarian [HD] <br />INGREDIENTS- <br />1 ltr. milk <br />2 grated fresh coconuts <br />1 cup sugar <br /><br />Garnishing - <br />saffron soaked in water <br />powdered cardamom <br /><br />METHOD- <br />- Mix together all the ingredients. Boil stirring till thick. <br />- Spread on a plate 1" thick. <br />- Sprinkle cardamom powder and saffron. Cool.
